In Fibra Náutica we are specialists in integral refits, both internal and external parts of the boat. We have more than 15 years of experience in refits for medium and big length yachts. The good relationship with our partners allows us to offer different services like mechanical reparations, electrical engineering, boiler systems, sails reparation, carpentry, teak substitution, propeller reparation, rigging… etc

Filler application

We are specialist in the application of fillers in big length boats thanks to the best professionals and high quality products we use. We use putty to fill joints, cracks or to disguise irregularities that would be more obvious when applying glossy enamel. We also apply filler to the hull to smooth the surface and improve the yacht performance.

Air Draught painting

(Hull & Superstructure)

We apply high quality paints in both, plain and metallic colours. We work in acclimatized tents to create absence of humidity and a correct catalyzation of the colours. In this way, we ensure the gloss and low deterioration of the paint. Fibra Náutica wants to ensure the gloss, durability and the resistance to chemical products and abrasion of all of jobs.

Mast and Boom painting

We offer a total service for mast and boom paining where it’s included the tent and assemble and dissemble. We are experts in painting mast of any material included the anodized ones. We also repair the masts, eliminating the bobbles and corrosion, making the surface as new again. We apply al the range of colours from metallic to matt.

Project Management

Project Management service includes day-to-day boat’s care. Thanks to our experts we can offer a personal maintenance plan that includes the management system and monitoring of the repairs. Your boat will be ready to sail when you need under the best conditions.

Underwater body maintenance

The maintenance of the underwater body is obligated for any boat, otherwise it would lose its performances. It loses velocity or increases the consumption due to the vegetation and incrustations that built up on the hull. Fibra Náutica help you with the maintenance of the underwater body in both, racing and pleasure boats.

Antifouling

In Fibra Náutica we advise you about the best antifouling for your boat, depending on its necessities. In addition, we are expert in the application of antifouling with both, paint roller and airless for competitions. The correct applications it’s essential to boat’s protection and maintenance.

Shaft and propeller treatments

A build-up of marine organisms in the propeller’s system is often a problem in terms of maintenance. This problem prevent from achieve the speed you want, increases the consumption and it implies high costs. Fibra Náutica applies special paints for the treatment of the incrustations with great results.

Scaffolding and tenting

In Fibra Náutica we create our own covering made to fit any pleasure boats and large length yacht. Our technicians are specialists in tubular structures needed for the boat’s maintenance in the dry dock. We also offer tents and scaffolds when working in the water, allowing us to work on board without moving the boat. Our tents have ventilation systems, extraction, filtering, temperature control, drying and decontamination.

Shrinking process

Covering the vessels when wintering or when moving them, shrink-wrap is very important. It protects the interiors from dust, dirt, rain and ultraviolet rays. It also prevents the possible damage caused by humidity.

Polishing

We use high quality products and advanced technology to obtain the best result when polishing. It eliminates the dust layers, dirt and little scratches; preserving the original appearance of the boat. We ensure a glossy and smooth finish.

Items and accessories painting

We work in acclimatized cabins, fixed and mobile. Thanks to our facilities, we can ensure shiny colours and slow deterioration of the paint.

Patch system

We are specialist in repairing bumps and scratches.  Thanks to our technique, the repaired area become completely integrated to the paint without marks. We can work with plane or metallic and delicate colours.

Coating

Our coats achieve the colour, covering and protection for the wood that our clients need. We have different tones of coats, from the very light to darkest one. We have as well natural coats that respect the real colour of the wood.

Deck maintenance

When choosing the best material to use in external surfaces, teak it’s the best option due to its resistance to marine conditions. Although it is very strong, teak needs a constant maintenance to ensure its durability and good appearance. After a while, teak loses its shininess and become more greyish. We offer a modern service that ensures a good treatment and restoration.

Fiberglass repairs

Fiberglass it’s easy to repair and it is durable, but there are many things that could cause damage to a hull of fiberglass. In Fibra Náutica we offer many solutions thanks to our layers system technic.

Blast and Osmosis Treatment

These are very specific treatments for the caring of the underwater part of the boat. Blasting is used for the treatment of the corrosion, to prevent the osmosis and the deterioration of the paint.  The treatment against the osmosis is the best one to avoid water filtrations, humidity and the bubbles in the fiberglass hulls.
