With over 15 years of experience in refitting medium and large yachts and sailing boats, our strong relationships with partners allow us to offer a variety of services such as mechanical repairs, electrical engineering, boiler systems, sail repairs, carpentry, teak replacement, propeller repairs, and rigging.
Filler application
We specialize in the application of fillers for large boats, employing the best professionals and high-quality products. We use putty to fill joints and cracks, or to disguise irregularities that would be more noticeable when applying glossy enamel. We also apply filler to the hull to smooth the surface and improve vessel performance.
Air Draught painting
(Hull & Superstructure)
We apply high-quality paints in both plain and metallic colors. We work in acclimatized tents to eliminate humidity and ensure proper catalyzation of the colors. This method guarantees the excellent gloss finishing and low deterioration of the paint. At Fibra Náutica, we provide a long-lasting, high-shine finish with exceptional color retention and resistance to chemicals and abrasion.
Mast and Boom painting
We offer a comprehensive service for mast and boom painting, which includes the setup and dismantling of tents. We are experts in painting masts of any material, including anodized ones. Additionally, we repair masts by eliminating bubbles and corrosion, restoring the surface to like-new condition. We apply a full range of colors, from metallic to matte.

Shaft and propeller treatments

Scaffolding and tenting
In Fibra Náutica we create our own covering made to fit large and medium boats and sailing yachts. We specialize in tubular structures needed for the boat maintenance in the boatyard. Additionally, we offer tents and scaffolds for in-water work, enabling us to perform on-board maintenance without moving the vessel. Our tents are equipped with ventilation, extraction and filtering systems, as well as temperature control for drying and decontamination.
Shrinking wrapping process
Shrink wrapping of boats is essential for both winter storage and transport by sea or road. Fibra Náutica recommends shrink-wrapping if the boat is left unused for a long time, as it provides peace of mind throughout the period of inactivity. Shrink wrap insulates the interiors from dust and dirt, prevents damage caused by humidity, and protects the boat from wind, rain, and ultraviolet rays.
Hull polishing
Thanks to our polishing system with high-end products and cutting-edge machinery, we achieve a smooth and polished finish on the gelcoat of boat hulls. Patch system

Wood varnishing

Teack & deck maintenance

Sandlasting & treatment
Sandblasting and osmosis treatment are specific treatments for caring for the underwater part of vessels. Sandblasting treats underwater hull corrosion, prevents osmosis, and avoids paint peeling, and the osmosis treatment is the most effective method against water infiltration in the vessel's layers, humidity, and blisters in fiberglass boats.
